Rafael Benítez the Liverpool manager has offered his support to Reds captain Steven Gerrard, who is currently on trial at Liverpool Crown Court on a charge of affray. Speaking at a press conference during their Far East tour the Reds boss said:"He has the support of the club and, for sure, the fans," reports Sky Sports.
"I think that it will be okay so we are confident that everything will be good and at the end he will be playing for us and scoring a lot of goals."
